Testing Center

2300㎡ Area ,Over 1,000 Testing Devices
CET has established two advanced testing centers in Beijing and Tangshan, spanning over 2,300 m² and equipped with more than 1,000 professional testing devices. These centers comprehensively support major OEM equipment models, forming an integrated, large-scale testing system. Operated by experienced technical teams, the centers deliver key services including new product validation, R&D performance testing, mass production quality assessment, and customer technical consulting, ensuring rigorous quality control from research and development through final production.
Adhering strictly to OEM technical and performance standards, the centers conduct comprehensive, standardized testing on critical consumables and components such as toners, toner cartridges, drum units, and fuser assemblies. Testing parameters include material properties, electrical performance, environmental adaptability, and durability. Through reliability testing, compatibility verification, and lifespan simulation measured under real-world conditions, the centers provide scientific validation during R&D and robust quality assurance during manufacturing. This process ensures that product performance fully meets OEM specifications and consistently satisfies global demand for CET's premium printing supplies.
In 2016, the CET Testing Center earned accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), becoming a certified third-party inspection laboratory authorized by the National Accreditation Commission.

New Product Testing
Comparative analysis with OEM specs; environmental tests (varying temperatures/humidity) and lifespan testing.

Small Batch Testing
30% samples undergo full environmental (normal, high/low temp) and lifespan testing.

Mass Production Testing
First three batches: 10% statistical sampling for environmental testing.Ongoing production: 5% systematic sampling for environmental and lifespan testing.
