Quality Control Center
Energy Saving & People-Oriented
Established in 2003, the CET Quality Control Center is the central department for company-wide quality management, dedicated to building and utilizing a quality management system that covers the entire product lifecycle. Aligned with ISO9001 standards and CET's operational needs, the system maintains a standardized quality framework.
Embracing the principles of "Energy Conservation, Environmental Protection, and People-Oriented Development," the center integrates ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards to advance sustainability and employee wellbeing.
Through agile responses, rigorous standards, and the use of forward-thinking technology, the Quality Control Center continuously innovates to create value for customers and set new industry benchmarks.

End-to-End Quality Assurance
The Quality Control Center revolutionizes traditional inspection models by establishing a diverse professional team covering IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control), OQC (Outgoing Quality Control), SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering), QE (Quality Engineering), and QA (Quality Assurance). This ensures seamless quality monitoring from raw materials to finished products. By implementing clear inspection standards, control plans, and traceability systems, the center guarantees precision, controllability, and consistently high-quality performance at every stage.
Customer-Driven Improvement
With customer satisfaction as the core metric, the Quality Control Center implements a "Response–Analysis–Resolution" mechanism. It rapidly addresses feedback, using data-driven tools to pinpoint root causes and implement preventive solutions. Regular internal audits and external reviews of the quality system drive continuous improvements in management processes, ensuring that the commitment to quality permeates every stage of the product lifecycle.
