CET Unveils Upgraded Double Layer Transfer Belt Cleaning Blade

CET Group has launched a comprehensive design upgrade to its double layer transfer belt cleaning blade, add CET part number, with systematic improvements to materials, coatings and structure for a more efficient and durable solution.

The upgraded blade features a lubricating coating on the edge surface, providing robust protection while significantly reducing friction. Combined with a lower-friction PU material, the overall running resistance is further minimized. Under equivalent torque, less friction means more force is converted into actual cleaning power, delivering markedly improved removal of toner and debris. The reduced running resistance also extends the service life of the blade, OPC drum, and transfer belt, effectively lowering the frequency of consumable replacements and overall maintenance costs.

Additionally, a redesigned metal bracket prevents common issues such as blade flipping during high-speed operation, ensuring smoother cleaning performance while reducing the risk of equipment failure.
