CET Water Foam Lower Fuser Roller

After two years of intensive R&D, CET has fully mastered water foam technology. This innovative process effectively overcomes the well known fusing performance limitations of traditional silicone foam materials while perfectly meeting the more challenging configuration requirements of newer OEM machines. As the first company in the industry to achieve complete and independent development of water foam technology, CET has established another comprehensive technical barrier spanning from material R&D to mass production.

Compared to traditional silicone foam processes, CET's water foam technology offers significant structural advantages. The material features an ultra-fine molecular structure with lower density, making the roller extremely pliable. This newly developed technology can increase the effective fusing contact width of the roller up to 15 mm, expanding the working surface by 7 mm compared to conventional silicone foam rollers. Experimental validation shows that under continuous hot-pressing conditions the water foam lower roller exhibits a much higher compression deformation recovery capability compared to standard foam rollers. Its unique reticulated foam structure rapidly adapts to alternating high-temperature and normal temperature conditions, ensuring long-term stability and enhanced fusing performance.

The core breakthrough of this technology lies in the creation of a uniform joint-pore bubble structure. This specific microstructure endows the material with excellent energy buffering properties, maintaining dimensional stability of the outer diameter and roller core under high temperatures with uniform heat distribution. This added performance delivers higher fusing resolution and more consistent printing while significantly improving equipment operational stability and extending product lifespan.
