Quantity discrepancy

CET accepts the quantity discrepancy or incorrect items (CET will not responsible for incorrect items caused by the customer’s error) within 10 days after the merchandise received by customer. Customer will be charged according to the invoice issued after 10 days. 

 

Return Policy

CET accepts merchandise returns subject to the terms outlined below and will replace the product or refund your money or make credit note at your option.

To facilitate processing of returned merchandise:

1.Please contact a sales representative to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number & credit Demo prior to returning product. The RMA is only valid within 10 days from the date of issue. 

2.All returns should be made within 60 days of date of invoice (90 days will be offered for the shipment to outside US) and be accompanied by the credit demo.

3.Return freight charge must be prepaid. Sorry, C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted. 

4.Parts returned due to customer error may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
