In-Depth Production Site Tour Unveils Core Manufacturing Processes

During the afternoon of January 22, the Korean distributor delegation toured CET’s Imaging Technology Industrial Park, accompanied by senior CET executives including Demi Dai (VP of Global Toner Business), Ivy Yu (VP of International Sales), and Hank He (VP of Production). The visit featured a comprehensive walkthrough of CET's toner factory and key production areas.

Demi Dai provided an overview of CET’s end-to-end quality control system for its toner, emphasizing localized technical solutions tailored to diverse climatic conditions and printer models. These innovations enhance product stability in challenging environments. 

Through direct observation, partners gained firsthand insight into CET's large-scale , production capabilities and rigorous quality control. The tour included key workshops for injection molding, film substrates, double layer drum cleaning blades, drum units, and fuser assemblies, as well as a close-up view of the dip-coated fuser fixing film production process. This exposure provided the visitors with a clear understanding of the company’s intelligent manufacturing systems, precision engineering, and commitment to sustainable development, while also showcasing the strength of its proprietary R&D capabilities.

On January 23, CET Group Founder & CEO, Steven Ma, delivered a technical keynote. He analyzed advancements in PCR wear resistance optimization, breakthroughs in low-temperature dip-coated fuser fixing film technology, and imaging component compatibility upgrades.
